RODIN IN THE SUN

               

I haven't had a chance to go to the latest blockbuster at the Royal Academy, but I just stumbled across this picture of the Rodin sculpture garden at Stanford. Taken last year, during my week at the Hoover Institution. There's a copy of The Gates of Hell nearby. Something very incongruous about seeing them glinting under a Californian sky.
